returned within 10 days of receiving it, phone us to have the return authorized BEFORE
shipping

your local Wildlife Office to make sure you are sending ALL of the
necessary paperwork when returning an item

CLEARLY
mark RETURNING TO SENDER FOR REFUND on the outside of the box

Send 2 copies of the invoice (proof
of purchase) in a packing slip on the outside of the shipment,
with another copy inside the box for inspection at Customs, along
with copies of all legal permits received with the shipment

Refund WILL NOT include
ANY shipping costs

Refund WILL NOT include any duty or taxes
that we have to pay out to receive the item back, and will be sent after item is received
